"I always have the best time and relaxation when I go to this property. The people are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for all you do to make us feel at home"

"Clean room Good breakfast"

"Beautifully decorated Quality Inn located in Palm Bay Florida on the Eastbound side of I-95 Exit 176. Hotel lobby has Halloween decorations everywhere. John welcomes you warmly after 7pm and Anita welcomes you before &pm and checks out after breakfast in the morning. Wonderful b free breakfast of scrambled eggs, potatoes with free coffee. Pancake machine is available. Juices too. Worth the money. Pets are allowed for a fee. Plenty parking"

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was amazing—very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The bathroom was also spacious, and I appreciated the walk-in, wheelchair-accessible shower, even though I didn’t need the accessibility features. It was nice not having to climb into a tub! Breakfast was lovely, and the waffle batter was fantastic—it made delicious, fluffy waffles! Having a Wawa right next door was an added bonus since I love their coffee. My only complaint was...

"Great stay."

"6 day stay. Myself and my wife. Clean studio, staff was friendly, main two complaints were 1-the noise from the mechanical room could be heard basically all night just non stop. 2- the pillows were the most decrepit sacks of cotton I’ve ever had in my life. They just zeroed out comically pancake thin I ended up with a stiff neck after the second night that was so bad it compromised me for the rest of the trip even with extra pillows it just was so painful. in combination with the noise I slept...

"Clean - up to date -staff was excellent - all around great"

"Staff are excellent. Beautiful grounds with lush greenery and fountains."

"Nice budget hotel, clean, spacious and modern"

"No pool. Some staff are exceptionally helpful while others are completely clueless. They are family friendly. Mind your business and you’ll be alright."

"I love the location on the beach."

"We spent one night here. Our room was nice but no extras like hand cream, a bottle of water, etc. The entire hotel was immaculate but seemed ‘sterile’. A definite 4 star, but not quite 5 star."

"The setting was beautiful, very old-time Floridian. Courtney, the receptionist, and later our server for breakfast, was courteous and accommodating. The included breakfast was delicious. We had actually forgotten a personal item and I contacted the inn for assistance. Dean was able to ship it back to us quickly. I highly recommend this B&B and plan to stay there again as my husband I need to make a trip to Melbourne annually."

"Great staff"

"Really nice place. Very clean and very quiet. Beautiful ocean view. My only gripe was you cannot turn the air temperature below 72 or the coils will freeze. They did provide a small fan and since it is the end of October it's not as hot as summer months. I would stay here again maybe just not in the summer months."
