"The people are very friendly and very nice. I feel at home here. I’ve been here for almost a week now I signed up for the Oro Verde reward program. Everything‘s good. I hope to return soon. It’s very good service. Gracia recommended for solo travelers and small families, lots of shopping and banking options in the area and the food is very good with the large breakfast included buffet style and then high-end food. options"

"I always stay at this place whenever I visit Vilcabamba, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The atmosphere is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful gardens and nature, which makes it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Rooms are cozy and clean. Food is also excellent. Will definitely stay here again."
