It is a two star hotel and that is probably correct but what was wonderful about the facility is that the staff were absolutely all over every basic need including assisting customers. "The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows are tiny and are only one per person. The bathroom is very small, but clean. The hotel is in a good location, about a 15 minute walk to Real Madrid Palace, and about 20 minutes to Plaza Mayor."
