More than basic- not clean and do not recommend

The cleaners had left the door open during a rain storm so the living room had a huge puddle and the curtains had soaked up the water and it smelled awful. Also we had asked for a baby cot in advance and reconfirmed the day before but there was no cot meaning there was nowhere for our child to sleep - would not stay here again

Good size, great location. Working wifi. Very friendly staff and great communication re checkin etc. Fair value for money. The property was basic and needed some smartening up. Be prepared to buy loo roll and dishwasher tablets (one of each left for three day stay). Daily housekeeping didn’t happen so these weren’t replenished.

The accommodation is a typical self catering French property, remember your paper coffee filter papers, although the reception guy kindly supplied us with some as we were only 2 nights. The overall standard of the complex was poor, the stairs to our appartment had tiles that were loose and I removed them as they were more a trip risk as they were. The jacuzzi was out of order and showers by the pool were out of order. The pool is under cover, it wasn’t clear from the description that it was the only pool. The parking is under cover which is good. The location is great for Malaucène as short walk and Ventoux for cyclists. There is no cycle storage but they will allow you to store your bike at the property as long as you do not damage the property. TV is small and channel are limited. The complex needs investment.

the front desk closes at 7pm and they charge you 25 euro to call them if it's a non-emergency. we didn't have any sheets on one of the beds so there was nothing we could do. rooms are very basic and dated

Conditions strictes: check-in à 16h et réception pas ouverte avant (attendre sous canicule avec une personne âgée n'était pas évident), check-out à 10h pile et facturation si retard. Bon séjour, les logements sont fonctionnels, le personnel sympathiques et professionnels. Établissement en rénovation mais cela ne dérange pas. La piscine est un magnifique plus. J'y retournerai sans aucun doute.

全体的にはよかったです。 良い点　プール付き、部屋に一台ずつのエアコンがありました。ここを拠点としてあちこち観光できる場所でした。 スタッフは親切。 悪い点 建物と家具などの経年劣化、清潔ではありせん。 寝具は布団ではなくシーツ１枚が布団代わりでした。 (夏の滞在でしたので問題ありませんが冬の場合は寒すぎると思います） プールの使用時間中に清掃がありました。 時間外に清掃すべきです。 家の施錠(鍵)が非常に難しかったです。 ３泊でしたので割りきれば問題ありません。

Tres bon séjour

Notre sejour en famille a été agréable nous avons été surclassé Hotel est bien situé nous avons visité vaison la romaine à 15min le petit déjeuner parfait le fait qu'on puisse le prendre à emporter est tres arrangeant mais sur place c'est tres bien aussi le personnel à la réception très agréable tres gentil.
