"Overall it was a great stay for us. We enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the room and hotels. However, please improve the breakfast options and hygiene as well as the staff’s sop. I think the foods are so repetitive in daily basis and barely got refilled till we had to ask the staff few times. "Very disappointing stay. The hotel looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The overall condition of the property was unacceptable and felt poorly maintained. The hallways and rooms smelled strongly of chemicals/fumigation, towels were yellowed and stained, bedsheets duvets had blood stains, and the rooms smelled unclean. "Property was fully equipped with basic amenities, was clean and within a walking distance of the petrona towers. The only gripe i have is that the cleaner came and i told him that we would be another 10-15 minutes as my husband was showering he insisted that he comes in and cleans, so I allowed him. "

"It’s a great place with an amazing view and location but they’ve messed up the details. They claim to have 100+mbps internet, it’s 8. They claim to offer shampoo, they don’t. They claim to have a fireplace?! And obviously they don’t. Worse than that, they don’t clean properly. Some of the cutlery had food stuck on it, the pillows had clearly not been cleaned in months. The place itself has amazing potential and it’s a shame that they’re dropping the ball. "

"Excellent stay for solo tourist. Surrounding amenities are excellent. Level 41 scenery is spectacular. On the other hand, swimming pool is chalky, bed squeaky, sauna & locker not working and many renovations in progress. Hope next stay better."
