"The property didn’t match what we thought we had selected. We thought we were getting the apartment with a kitchen. We were placed in a room and the bathroom was down the public hallway and up a set of stairs. When talking to the owner she offered us the apartment we thought we had for and additional $30 Euro per day with a $20 Euro utility fee. She told us we should have looked at her website to see the rooms even though we used Expedia. I get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom...

"Great access to everything. This property was clean and the staff/owners were lovely! The breakfast that came the next day in the basket was delicious and adorable. We asked for some tips on how to go about seeing Lake Como the best way in a day and the advice they gave us was spot on and perfect.We loved the stay here.highly recommend!!"
