She spent a long time on her phone arranging transportation for us for very early the next morning. The building is old, but the rooms were more than adequate and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor veranda was a perfect spot to enjoy wine and cheese from a nearby grocery store."

"Receptionist was downright rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming on our arrival. I have lived in Italy for two years to date and have never encountered someone so rude. The room was clean and tidy, but bore no resemblance to the room shown on the photos on Expedia. Nonetheless, the beds were comfy and the shower was great. Air conditioning worked exceptionally well. "Great location. Close to buses, taxi’s, train station, good restaurants. Hotel was clean, staff were kind and very accommodating. I had a single room, which was perfect for one person. Bed was comfortable in comparison to other hotels in Italy. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, which was great. There were many delicious choices for breakfast. Always fresh fruit, protein, pastries etc. Coffee, tea, cappuccino and other hot drinks were available at all times, no additional cost. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends."
