"Or previous experiences with this hotel were good. However when we arrived in July 28th at 1:09 am there was a power outage affecting the whole area. We would have liked to receive more notice so we could have either changed our plans or brought lanterns. We could nit recharge our phones to use either. The hotel did give us a small lantern but we really needed two. I guess the pre was no way to notify us according to the manager but I wondered if he could not have contacted us via Expedia."

"We booked about a month in advance. On the day of our reservation, while travelling up island, we tried calling the hotel several times to ask whether the rooms had mini fridges, but the listed phone number gave us an out-of-service message. When we arrived, we learned that our room had been given away. The hotel had sent us a message through the Expedia app late that morning saying they had tried to charge the card on file and the payment hadn’t gone through. We checked and couldn’t find any...

"We had food at the bar was good and good service. But elevator was dirty carpet. Room was clean nice bathroom but a bit small . Good location"
