"The elevator smelled like old mildew, as did the hallways. The bathroom wasn't clean when we checked in, we found other people hair on the floor. The couch and bed were stained. There was old food under the bed. The carpet was ripped up and stained, and the floor heaved and creaked whenever you walked ..."
