"Motel is under renovation. Made a reservation through Hotel.com. Confirmation said check in time was 1pm. Got to motel at 1pm. No one was in the office. Signage said to ring bell or call phone number. No one answered and mail box was full and could not leave a message. Came back at 3pm. Was told ..."
