"The kitchen the staff the food was awesome"

"I loved this place! The room was a little far and downhill but to me it didn’t matter because as soon as I opened the door to my room I was greeted to a balcony room overlooking a beautiful ocean view! I slept the whole night with the door to the balcony open just to hear the waves crashing! The pools were perfect! We order food and drinks! There’s also a lot to explore around the property such as hiking trails and kayaking! And the beach was probably top 5 most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen in my life! A true vacation spot for me! Loved it!"

"Room with not hot eater at all, i did book a different hotel just to shower, they never offer not even to move me to a diferent room. Also had roaches at my room and even inside the hair dryer wish particles of dead ones coming from the blower and got directly to my face,situation was notified to front desk wich they came and took pictures of the roaches inside the hair dryer. Theyvsaid they notified the manager and that they where Goin to contact me ro rssokvevthe problem. Manager never respond to emails and even attend me over the phone. I will like to be refund for this horrible experience and this place should be taken of your contract. Just went back to puerto rico last week and try to contact the manager one more time over the phone and she denie to help me with compensation at all, i am gonna report this to the local department of consumers immediately.please will somebody help to resolve this situation and compensate me with a refund or a credit to be use, we are hard working ppl who supports yiur business, we deserve respect over all. "Clean room"

"The room was pretty minimal with a desk, dresser with TV, small fridge and coffee maker. Sink was in the main room area and the toilet and shower in an enclosed bathroom. Beds were not the most comfortable and full size. Our room was near the stairwell that lead down to the restaurant/bar so it was pretty noisy until after 10pm (also went during spring break, so may have been extra noisy during the timeframe). Wasn’t much space for we clothes. No balcony for our room or chairs outside. One clothesline in the shower. There were some hangers in the closet. Great AC in the room and two small windows near it in the bathroom that could be opened to help air dry wet clothes. They provide beach chairs, towels, and umbrella which was a great amenity! You could walk out onto the beach and stay right there for swimming and relaxing. Waves are decent sized, so not appropriate for young children. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Punta Borinquen Resort was a cute comfortable place to stay. All their staff were friendly and helpful. However the bathroom and room need more cleanliness and upkeep. Besides that I enjoyed my stay and food what good as well."

"An amazing location—a true oasis of peace. The room has a beautiful ambiance, and the surroundings are very well maintained. I could easily spend the whole day just relaxing in front of the hotel. However, considering the price, the breakfast is nothing special—I’d say the price-to-performance ratio is quite poor. We had eggs and pancakes, and neither was particularly tasty. The passion fruit tiramisu dessert was also disappointing. On the positive side, the staff is incredibly friendly."
