"We reserved 2 family rooms and they tried to give us a family room and 2 twin beds. The toilets in one of the rooms did not have a working flusher, the family room had steep stairs to the bathroom. One of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke!! People were milling around in front of there rooms, almost as if the air conditioner was not working. The place was DIRTY and I mean dirty!! The outside was dirty and the rooms were dirty!! The linens did not look like they have been changed! The bathroom tiles were dark where you can see the tiles are suppose to be a lighter color. We did not want to touch anything! Not conducive for elderly or disabled individuals. We booked this because of the proximity to the port. DO NOT BOOK this property. We left and booked another place. They make there refund policy restrictive because they know people will leave once they see the rooms. In this way they try to keep your money without rendering service. They would not even take Expedia’s calls! "
"The whole experience from check in to departure was a complete disaster, Thry couldn’t find our booking, I had to show them my PayPal account to prove I’d paid and were given to old unrenovated rooms at the back.
The listed stated cable TV bit the rooms had no TVs
Stated free bottled water but were told we had to pay for any water.
Stated daily housekeeping but no one came to clean the rooms while we were there.
Bedding consisted of some old blankets with holes in them and no sheets.
I finally complained to the manager who appeared genuinely shocked to discover what had happened and offered us a free shuttle service to the airport in the form of an apology.
The staff were nice but all the issues listed above just ruined the whole experience.
The hotel is in a wonderful location but it is isolated.
Menu and breakfast catered purely to Filipinos tastes and so I wouldn’t recommend this as suitable for western travellers.
The hotel itself is generally to run down for westerners tp be comfortable.
Locals probably won’t mind the short comings sorry appears very popular for functions and weddings.
First hotel I”ve ever reviewed where I really can’t think good to say about the experience,
The pool is ok I guess and it’s right on the beach"
