Great staff, highly trained managers, excellent security, beautiful rooms, and the food was outstanding (very experienced chef team). "Great, courteous staff. Overlooking a private beach. 2 good sized outdoor pool (didnt use as too cold in Nov) Food was great with all-inclusive. Great of them to upgrade from half-board. Rooms felt very basic for a 5 star. The shampoo and body wash was empty. "

"Excellent place. We were in off season (December) so it was cool out. Pools aren’t heated so no swimming outside. Excellent staff and entertainment. Very nice area. Felt very safe walking to the nearby Port. Not the hard sell that Sousse has. "

But what are called “suites” are just rooms, and many of those rooms are interior spaces. Mine felt dark and stuffy. The mattress was too firm and of apparent low quality. Juste un problème en arrivant à la chambre il y'avais deux lit séparés alors notre demanande pour un lit double, après réclamation ils nous ont promis que ca sera fait le lendemain, mais rien n'a été fait le lendemain vers 20heures on rentrons la chambre elle a été même pas faite comme on l'a laissé le matin. "Perfect Hotel for people looking for all inclusive. For me this was accidental, I was going to be in sousse and booked without looking at this detail. Pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, to amazing food in dining hall! Lots of great options. All team members are helpful, smiley and love to help guests. Oh and the live music, I think it's every night? with small dance area/floor. Good location too, away from the hustle/bustle of the city, but close enough to get their walking. I walked...
