We didnt like anything. It took hours to wait to check in, hours for getting all inclusive braclet, then they told us alchol is extra. I've traveled to many places and stayed at lots of hotels, this was the worse one. I pd for 1 week, stayed for a couple of hours and they wouldnt refund me a cent. I would NOT recommend this place. Look elsewhere!

Very disappointing stay in port el Kantaoui

We stayed for 2 nights with friends. The hotel is very old and tired and run down and not clean at all the pillows are mouldy and towels all stained . We had ants in our room crawling in the bed but I must say the receptionist tried very hard to assist from checking to resolve this . The food and dining is an experience in its self !! The hotel can’t help the guests but despite that the ambiance and quality of food is not even a rating . We ate out even at breakfast. Sadly I would not recommend this hotel .

Worst experience ever

Shocking experience the fridge door was hanging off I didn’t have a tv remote for the tv The bed sheets were dirty and had small rips in them No shower curtain so when showering it used to soak the floor Never used to replace towels just used to take the old and never put new ones has to go on a daily basis to ask for new ones, Food was below average Charge for a sunbed pad Air con never worked in the room Complained many times and nothin got rectified. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had anywhere

Séjour catastrophe à ne pas conseiller

Une arrivée catastrophique car l'hôtel était fermé. Nous avons été balader d'hôtel en hôtel de la chaine. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était humide, sale. Le sol restait toujours mouillé. Nous avons demander à changer de chambre, ce qui a été accepté. Une restauration qui n'est qu'une survie alimentaire, même la soirée repas tunisien était sans goût. Réprimande par la gendarmette à la sortie de la salle repas, lorsque l'on a voulu emmener quelques fraises dans la chambre, alors que nous avions vu trainer dans les couloirs des assiettes sale, encore rempli de bouffe non mangé. Les soins pris à la Thalasso sont sans huile essentiel, un hamann qui pu, une baignoire qui ne fonctionne pas, des massages qui réveille toutes les douleurs. Par contre, les animateurs sont sympa.

L'établissement est à proximité du Hard Rock café. De l'extérieur Il a l'apparence d'un 4* mais au final les chambre sont 3* mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. pour info. Il n'y a pas de room service mais le personnel est très sympa.

Hôtel affreux, pas de climatisation dans les lieux communs ( réception, restaurant) sous 40 degrés ! Ingérable. Chambre avec du mobilier vieux et télé minuscule des années 80. Notre chambre était à 10 min à pied de la réception !!! Je ne vous parle de la nourriture... Pas d ascenseur alors que nous étions au 1er ! Une horreur vraiment a éviter !

Very helpful staff. This was my husband and my second time at the Mouradi Club.Would definitely go back again! We would like to thank Lotfee (reception), Adel and Nora (restaurant), Saeeda (cleaner) and Shahaib (animations team) who all made our holiday very enjoyable. We loved the walk down the amazing walkway, surrounded by beautiful flowers, to the beach. Lovely selection of outdoor/indoor and childrens pools and other great facilities. The restaurant logistics could be better managed in order to prevent queues in the self serve restaurant for certain items like omlette/fried egg/ pizza/fresh orange juice etc. We were disgusted and distressed to see the mountain of food left over and wasted by other ill mannered, thoughtless guests!
