"The hotel is ok, not bad, certainly better than other hotels in locale. Beach and pool area are generally nice. Specialist restaurants are ok but main buffet restaurant was not. Room service waits were lengthy even for drinks. It was peak season and the staff were stretched but in most cases they were still nice/helpful. Have stayed here previously but that reflects the quality of the alternatives."

"Nice pool(s) and very easy access to a beautiful beach with umbrellas and beds (the beach does have some harmless jelly fish to be aware of). It's a nice hotel, but not a 5 star. The room was nice, and the hotel location is ok, but unfortunately the hotel internet didn't work the majority of the time....which was very frustrating. Also a few room issues, maintenance is very slow to respond and calling the front desk often had no answer on the other end."

It also offered good value for money compared with other hotels in the same category providing similar services. The main area for improvement would be the attitude and level of service of a few members of the reception team, which was not always as welcoming or helpful as expected."
