"The hotel is absolutely amazing! The lobby has a huge bar instead of a checkin counter. You are able to sit on a comfortable couch and the staff comes to you for checkin. Service is just outstanding and the rooms are large and extremely clean. Breakfast is out of this works and the hotel has a beautiful beach. Located in one of the most exclusive towns, Elounda in Crete."

The staff are all wonderful - from the bar and restaurant staff to reception, everyone has been so friendly, helpful and kind and made us feel so at home and comfortable. Cocktails are really delicious and unique, and the food is some of the best we’ve eaten all week - even beating many of the restaurants in town! "We loved our stay (August 2025) at the Royal And Imperial Belvedere hotel. Our room was great, newly decorated and spotlessly clean. The main dining area is really big and being able to sit outside meant you didn't feel like you were going to the same restaurant for every meal! Lots of fresh food options, the grill and the salad bars were excellent. The causal dining options were also great with a range of family friendly food available. Having a separate bar area from the entertainment means you can choose a more peaceful spot in the evening, or get involved in the fun. The pools are fab - a 50 metre pool on holiday! Even when it was busy it didn't feel busy. Plenty of sunbeds available around the pools or on the peaceful sun terrace. Theres not a lot to walk to nearby and the local beaches are taken up by sunbeds from the bars, but we'd recommend a walk into Koutouloufari for a look round the shops or a drink in the evening."
