"It was my first time in Chile and my stay was great! The people at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. You can buy your food and cook there or buy from the hotel. Be careful with the volts though, I believe they’re high even with adapters. I suggest consulting with the staff before turning on your hair dryer. Other than that everything was great, would definitely recommend."

"Nice hotel and can recommend. Very good location, nice interior, clean rooms with an amazing view of the Main Street. Would have given 5 stars in rating, if the cleaning crew wouldn’t have stood twice in my room at 8:45 / 9:00 while I was still sleeping (woke up and was a bit surprised)."

"Bed comfort is key and I loved the bed, it was perfect and after a long day of travel and then excursions that is a key for me. The size of the room was lovely, it was clean and quiet and I loved the pool view, the restaurant looked great but I did not have a chance to eat there but one morning before my excursion they were helpful for a quick bite. The convenience of the location in proximity to St. Lucia Hill was excellent and one of my fav walks I took while there. Great property overall."

"Hotel con una muy buena ubicación, bien cuidado y equipado con todo lo necesario para estadías cortas. Personal súper amable que nos orientó, nos prestó adaptador de corriente y nos guardó la mochila durante todo el día luego de hacer check out. El desayuno nos sorprendió por la variedad que tenía, ya que la reserva decía desayuno americano pero habían opciones para elegir. Lo único que no me gustó fue el colchón, que era demasiado blando para mi gusto, estoy acostumbrada a colchones más...

"Hotel was like Premier Inn, it was basic but was enough for 1 night Stairs need lighting that switches on automatically, almost tripped in the dark! No elevators so lugged heavy suitcases to the 3rd floor. Not fun. The toilet roll was on the opposite side of the bathroom - why? It was extremely hard booking a taxi or Uber from there - day or night."
