A nice, clean hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly and approachable staff. Meals were very generous, filling and delicious! Breakfast was a mix of continental and cooked so it set us up for the day. Would love to come back.

Perfect for the single traveller. Breakfast choice was good. You can walk to the Malvern Hills, about 1.5 miles or you can drive and park and emjoy the views across the Severn valley and Herefordshire.

lovely old fashioned hotel. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable- a lovely hotel. Bar was not overly warm due to log fire out of action but overall a lovely hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Booked to stay again

Had a fantastic few days here. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever we asked they always provided an answer to our requests promptly and happily. Charlotte was incredibly informative and passionate in answering our local questions of which her knowledge was invaluable to us. Lovely room we had, being hyper critical it is an old building so the bathroom layout meant you couldn't really have a shower, so bathing it was instead. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommended. Short stay

We were at the three countries showground for the weekend, what an amazing find staff friendly & helpful. Evening meal was excellent bedwas really comfortable & breakfast was good as well. Definitely stay there again
