I loved this property so much. They staff was so professional and friendly. The property was gorgeous and in a great location. The food was so so good too. surprisingly good because everything is made in house. It tasted like they brought in a top tier chef just for this little resort. My girlfriend and I kept on getting room service because we enjoyed everything we ate so much. We stayed in the Lava room, and when we come back to Camiguin, we want to try one of the different rooms at this resort.
This is THE place to be if you want to stay on Camiguin Island.
Very quiet and peaceful in the Romantic Room and Lava Room. The sea is a short walk down and each room has a pool on the balcony. The food is good, albeit at a resort price. The walk down from the road and back up is vigorous and sets the mood proper. I would definitely come back here again.
Amazing staff! Food is very good. Upper end rooms nice. Tiki. Nice stay but stay away from private suites. Beautiful views, but photos are a little misleading.
We really enjoyed our stay at Bintana Sa Paraiso. From check-in until checkout the staff treated us with care and professionalism. Specific thanks to Ann, Melvin and Nanay for your customer service.
We stayed in the Grand Tiki Villa. What a beautiful view with our plunge pool overlooking the sea. We had breakfast every morning on the patio and dined there twice during our stay. The food was tasty and plentiful. Great coffee! We had very fast Wi-Fi. We rented a scooter on- site and also coordinated excursions through Melvin.
The room was great and and I can just think of a couple of improvements to enhance its quality. A fan above the patio would surely cut the afternoon heat when the breeze is light. And either a fan in the room or a change in the location of the AC would help keep the room cooler. It was a little warm for me sleeping. Also the rataan chairs are stylish but not that comfortable. These are small things but offered as possible improvements.
Thank you so much. We will stay with you again!
Väldigt trevligt hotell med härlig personal. Lava rummet saknade utrymme för väskorna och alla grejer vi hade med oss men det var ett problem vi kunde lösa. Till detta hotell kommer vi igen
Staff was very friendly & courteous, needs to be more professional-timeliness and talk softly on early/morning hours. The place is adequately equipped, but essentials should be brought up to par-lack of hand towel holders/hooks. Mirror not hung up on the walls Grand tiki villa). Bathroom needs towel racks-hand towels & wash cloths were laid atop toilet top; Nowhere to lay simple toiletries since they have a pedestal sink. Noise-walls are thin-you can hear conversations next door (staff quarters), if you’re not up super early pump boats/motorcycles passing by will keep you awake even if you want to “sleep in” on your vacation. Definitely did not get my restful peace and quiet during my stay.
Beautiful view, nice room, staff friendly but not good value and too far out of the way

Disliked: Staff & service
It was a disaster, couldn’t find the place because it’s not or visibly displayed. There is no sign nor directions. There was no lobby nor directions to the reception desk. In fact, there was no receptionist to welcome us. Just a small room at the very bottom. We had no idea which room was ours because nobody was present.
This has to be one of most beautiful hotels on this island. Your own private pool and staff is better then staying at any 5 star resort. No Wifi is the only bad thing I can say about this place. I recommend bring a mosquito candle or coil.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The room was very small and it gets dirty because they dont provide a rug from the pool/ porch area and entering into the room. Pool was full of bugs and mosquitos. The picture on expedia looks nice and appealing, but it wasn’t when we get there. Food was pricy and low quality: breakfast is the exception because I actually liked it. Everything else is not what is described upon booking. Just bring plenty of bug repellant if you want to stay in this hotel.
A Camiguin trip isn't complete without a stay here
What can I say that I didn't say from my trip last year here. This property is fantastic with some of the most accommodating staff you will ever find. They only have 4 rooms total and it seems like you have the whole property to yourself. All of the rooms have their own pool (the top floor Romance Room has the most private) plus you can do a small walk down to a beach of sorts if you want to swim in the very warm ocean. The surrounding area is beautiful and lush. My main recommendation would be to make sure you turn off the outside patio light if you want to stay there as many many bugs will come your way if you do not (I speak from experience).
Do yourself a big favor and go to Camiguin and stay here.
Everything from arrival to departure was perfect, the location is like something out of a movie, your own private infinity pool, the staff went out of the way every day to make it special. We asked our butler (Melvin) if he could make us a localy inspired dinner, for a very very reasonable cost he produced an amazing feast known as a boodle fight for us on the upper deck of the resort, there was so much food that we couldn't help but ask everyone to join us and I mean everyone!! The whole staff, the other guests, everyone.
The next morning we got up a little early and joined some of the locals in our little cove for some snorkeling and urchin hunting, followed by some fresh urchin right there sea side.
I've traveled a lot, I've met many people in my life but I've never been to a place where everyone was as welcoming and genuinely nice as the people of Camiguin.
This is without a doubt a place I will return to soon.
This is a island that is safe, beautiful, tranquil and enchanting.
If your planning a trip to this part of the world, you can't go wrong with this resort, you will leave relaxed and feeling like you were part of a family.
This was the hotel I was most excited to stay at and I was not disappointed. Start off this place is a little remote and the island is not a busy place. There is no big city so the supplies on hand can become limited. Also the Island is mostly jungle, so there are a lot of bugs day and night (bring the bug spray and actually leave the outdoor lights off). Now for the fantastic parts, this place is as close to a paradise as I can imagine. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating and I kind of felt like family than just a simple guest. The area is incredibly peaceful minus the sounds of the roosters in the area (though you get use to it pretty quickly). It is a quick stroll down to the super warm waters of the ocean, but each room has it's own pool (Romantic Room is the most private and has cover). We spent hours on end just sitting on the patio or in the pool day or night just soaking up how peaceful and relaxing it all was. Try not to let that keep you from seeing some of the local sites like the Sunken Cemetery, Old Spanish Church, and White Island. All in all, I can't imagine a future trip to the Philippines without a stop at this amazing place.
