"I'd stay away. I wanted to give them a good review. We didn't have running water for 2 nights! The host told us if we stayed, we'd get a refund for the 2 nights. She said it'd go through in two weeks. It's been two weeks and expedia said no request was submitted. Expedia is only giving half back and I'm fighting to get what was promised as it ruined part of our experience in PR. Besides the lack of running water, it was as advertised. "The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. "
