"After a long trip, staying here was a breath of fresh air. This hostel is the gold standard for hospitality. The check-in process was seamless and professional, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. What really sets them apart is the attention to detail. They provide everything you could possibly need: beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and even great coffee with sugar choices for you to brew. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries, and the location was perfect. You can tell the owners truly care about the guest experience. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Would definitely be coming back. The staff failed to correct, or “make right” several mistakes, including overbooking restaurants, not honoring reservations, making mistakes on excursions, and overcharging for things. They attempted to upsell time shares regularly. This resort felt more like a “money grab” that a luxurious relaxing resort. "
