"Casa Parcha is something else! Sleeping in the middle of the forest to the sounds of hummingbirds, a river, and a waterfall in the background is just unbelievable. Waking up to that morning felt surreal. Felt completely safe the entire time and our host was super responsive — any question we had, they were right there. "Beautiful, clean, and well-maintained resort with excellent amenities. The pools, beach, kayaking, biking, and family-friendly activities made it a great vacation, and our kids had an amazing time. The biggest opportunity for improvement is customer service. The valet team and trolley drivers were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The trolley service was also slow, with waits of 15–20 minutes being common. Overall, it's a fantastic property with great amenities. Improving staff friendliness and trolley frequency would make this an easy 5-star experience."
