Amazing place, great situated Hotel

The staff is very attentive, courteous and warm. The A/C unit worked very efficiently given that Managua could be very hot, you get to sleep very comfortably. Definitely, will be back!!

I love Art. My family and I have been staying for over 10 years here. The ladies (Julie and Daisy) have always greeted us with warm smiles, attentive, and make us feel at home. This last time I was a bit disappointed with the service when checking in, I had a late check in with my cousin with a young lady named Belen. She is the opposite of the ladies mentioned before. She is cold, doesn’t smile, hardly says anything when you ask, mind you we have always treated everyone with respect, say please and thank you. I’m not sure if it was a bad day but according to others, I’m not the first who has a complaint about her. Everything else is great, I will continue to stay & hopefully not run into Belen anytime soon!

This is my second time staying at the hotel. It's owned by the same people that item Hotel X and Airport Hotel across the street.They normally have the pool open, which is the reason I stayed there this second time, but it was closed for maintenance, which was frustrating. Otherwise everything's great, quiet room, nice showers, normally a really nice pool and a good breakfast.
