"This place has lots of good things and a few bad things that are easily fixed but they simply seem to go ignored. The good things are huge, spacious, clean rooms which can easily fit a family of five. 2 large queen beds in the main bedroom and a sofa bed in the Den. Good AC and Internet available, decent breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices. The bad, which is easily fixable is water dispenser empty 2 days in a row, napkins in ice cream shop are hard to find, cheese served in breakfast some days and not on others. No curtains in my room during second stay, no lobby, no swimming pool. It would be nice to offer coffee to guests or to have drinks available for purchase so you don't leave the hotel. Minor things that would make the stay and value much better and easily fixable."

"Very clean and cool hotel, sweet and always smiling staff, amazing breakfast and dining options . The pool is comforting after a hot day. İ wish there were options of city tours at the reception desk. There is a nearby supermarket and a mall to find many needed items. Taxis are always available to take one around. The old city cathedral and park is walking distance"

"Very good location, clean room, easy check in / check out, but with one issued while walking in the hallway on my way to the bar one of the security ask me if I was a guest there and felt kind discriminated lucky the front lady who saw me check in was passing by and she apologized. Need to be more careful and not to judge just because of apparence."
