"Parking was okay; my original reservation stated breakfast included, when reaching the Hotel, I was informed breakfast was $17 for me and $17 for my wife. I immediately requested to leave the Hotel."

"The rooms are old and deteriorated ! They refurbished the lobby and restaurant, but the rooms are the same I used more than 15 years ago. Poor quality and everything looks old. The AC looked and worked like 20 years old ! This is not a Four Stars Hotel at all ! I would give it 2 !"

The room was huge, clean and with amazing balcony. The bed were so comfortable and the AC was the greatest friend of all - helped us survive the 90 degree heat outside. I would recommend for all of you guys to stay in this hotel when in Granada, Nicaragua. I’m glad I chose this hotel."
