"A beautiful apartment where is steps away from the waterfront, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. However; we had to climb approximately 4 flights of stairs with luggage when checking in. Upon checking out a couple showed us a ramp to go down the Main Street and we wish we could know it earlier. The ramp is right across the Coop supermarket. "

Check in was super easy thanks to the wonderful staff at Cinque Terre Riviera who made it all seamless including the lovely care package of coffees, cookies and cornetti. "Stay away! Arrived at the house and it looks absolutely terrible from the outside, the area is far from everything and the information provided on the site is not correct. Owner did not speak English and communication was almost impossible. The apartment is smaller than stated and lacks hot water. Had booked 2 nights, but only stayed one. Was supposed to get a refund for one night, but the owner neither opens nor responds to messages, as expected we have not received any money in refund....

"Mira-mare was without doubt my most favourite accommodation in Italy in Le Spezia ! Absolutely stunning, fully self contained 3 bedroom apartment with kitchenette. "Hotel Souvenir was the perfect location for a stay in cinque terre. The location Is in cemttal Monterosa and convenient to the beach. The staff are very friendly and the room clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is excellent as well and everything about the hotel was just amazing, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting cinque terre!!!"

"The property is located in a village that is quite magical. Had I known just how amazing the villages were, I would have stayed a week. Dont underestimate the amount of walking and stairs you will be doing to get to your room though. Pack light and wear tennis shoes. I had blisters just getting to my room the first trip, though they were worth it. This room in particular is outstanding. We will be back!"
