"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "Huge resort with a lot of greenery. We got an upgraded room in a small building rather than a multi story one near the reception. The room was large, with a separate small coupe like room with 2 beds, i'd assume for kids, so they are semi separated from parents if needed. Big bathroom with strong shower. All the other necessities are in place. Huge pool with nice water temperature. Lots of bars, snack shacks, etc. They have a real turkish coffee made on the black sand, which is a nice addition...
