"Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay at The Norm and would recommend it to everyone. We were greeted warmly at reception by Mehmet who very kindly upgraded us to a swim up bungalow suite. "My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

"Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. "Every thing was excellent. The only complaint is that someon openedmy safety box. They did not take anything, but when i came into the toom and went to get something I saw my passport, my credit cards and my driver's license in top of the safet box. When i left the hotel i told the person on duty. He told me that never had hapenned before. I was not me. Thesafet box hado no code. It had a key. I hid the kid in my jeans andput them away. I don't know how that person found it"

"We had a lovely time all the staff are lovely Room was gorgeous and very clean. Bed was massive and so comfortable . Bottle of wine in room on arrival and the view was stunning. Pool that was open outside was heated other pools and decking was being maintained as we went out of season but more then adequate. For future reference could do with toilets open also on far side of other pool. But a beautiful well maintained hotel our 5 visit we’ll go again later in the year "

"Visited in March from the US. Overall good experience. Friendly staff except for one at the reception. limited dining options. Buffet was amazing and was our default. Only one heated outdoor and an indoor pool available on winter schedule. Not worth a long trip from the US but a different flavor of 'All inclusives' compared to the Caribbean. "
