"Never stayed in Manchester before . I chose the Moxy because it was close to the venue I was going to (Manchester Hall) and I found it to be perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel and room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the room price was very competitive with a bonus of a discount code for parking in the near by NCP carpark."

"Very nice hotel. Extremely quiet considering it is located in the centre of Manchester. The room was immaculate and of a decent size. Very convenient for the Palace theatre, where I attended a show. Easily accessible for trams and lots of pubs and restaurants. Close to the main library and other places of interest. I would recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay there again. I didn’t have breakfast but will try that next time I visit."

"The location was fantastic, super convenient for travellers. The room was comfy, clean and the staff were friendly. Plus, the welcome cookies were delicious!"

"Mooi centraal gelegen hotel met goede kamers en bedden. Ontbijt ook goed(kan wel druk zijn in de ochtend). Minpuntje, betalen voor opslag bagage (6 pond) maar voor de rest prima hotel."

"The hotel is my favoyrite hotel in Manchester. The rooms and communal areas are spotless and the staff are helpfull and friendly. The ambience is laid back and relaxing. Will always stay here when in the city."

"Great location, friendly staff"

"Great hotel with helpful staff. I enjoyed the central location, the spacious room and the attentive staff. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable. I hope to stay here again next time I am in Manchester."

"The room was too small to even open a suitcase; hardly 40cm space between the bed and the wall and the windows so that operating the curtains was a bit of a faff. The ventilation did not follow the set temperatures and was incredibly noisy. The hairdryer was efficient but I didn't manage to get power from the socket near the mirror and ended up brushing my hair sat on the bed, using the socket that was by the tiny bedside table. Other room equipment included a water heater and coffee&tea, a...

"Hotel location great. Rooms good although "free" tea and coffee facilities would be good. Buffet breakfast good and had hot food which the hotel site does not advertise. Probably unfair to mark the stay poor but for the following issue. Called the A&O help centre which appears to be in Germany. Unable to get the number for the hotel. Asked if they had a luggage room as we were arriving in Manchester early and the event we were attending kicked off before the 3pm check in time. Told they didn't...

"It was clean and modern plenty of seating to relax in. The bar was available for coffee, drinks and snacks. Near the train station and the rooms were clean. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast which was continental catered for all tastes vegan if required. All in all a most pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely go again."

"Staff on the desk are absolutely lovely! So friendly and helpful. Room was so clean and so was the bedding. It was a lovely night's sleep too thank you all"

"Great stay exactly as described Very friendly staff. And clean"

"Super twin room, beds super comfy and cosy. Shower large and efficient and the bonus of a good all you could eat brekkie. Would suggest shopping around for parking though as found a much cheaper car park than the suggested one. Half the price of the hotels preferred car park and just a 4 minute stroll."
