"バガンのホテルを予約をしたのに住所はバガン、所在地はマンダレー、バガンには同じ住所でマンダレーゲストハウスはありました。次にマンダレーに着くとマンダレーホテルがあり立派なホテルでしたが目的地ではなくそのホテルのスタッフが調べてくれてバガンマンダレーホテルをようやく見つけてくれました。住所は違う電話番号は違うこのような物件をなにも調べずよく提供できる企業だと思います。ミステリーツアーのようでした。バガンの入場料を返せ。旅費を返せ。かぶったホテル代金を返せ。でもようやくたどり着いたホテルはスタッフが非常に良かった。けど近くにコンビニはなく、食事を食べる場所も少ない。ホテルは4丸だけどホテル・comは一度スタッフを派遣してヤンゴンからどのようにしたら目的地に着くか調べろ‼️ついでに金返せ。"

"Very nice clean comfortable hotel with a big free breakfast buffet. The staff was exceptionally friendly and gracious and helpful at all times. It was nice being slightly outside the center of Mandalay. My only small critique was the hall carpeting was light colored and showed the dirt. Otherwise it was a great value for the price and the warmth of the hotel staff"
