The room and bathroom are generous size, the carpeting is very dirty with many stains. The staff was not friendly and the area surrounding the hotel was bleak with no one is light in the being. I would not recommend this hotel. I had a second booking which I canceled.

호텔에 짧게 머물렀지만, 정말 깔끔하고 편안한 여행을 할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 특히 밍군/우베인 브릿지 근교 투어를 신청해야 했는데 호텔에서 정말 친절하게 알아봐주었어요. 다음날 새벽 만달레이 국제공항으로 가는 택시도 완벽하게 예약해주어 편하게 이동했습니다. 즐거운 여행이었어요 :)

Modern hotel, well maintained with excellent friendly staff. Close to railway station. Scenic restaurant on the top floor overlooking the city. Breakfast not too specia, good selection but served cold — buffet style. Eggs cooked to order. Good place to eat dinner. Good choice hotel.

マンダレー空港から車で約一時間。ホテルからの観光は車をチャーターしないと動けないです。ホテルから徒歩約5分に大きなスーパーがあり便利。バスタブ付きを予約したので快適に過ごせました。

Hemos estado 3 noches en Mandalay, la habitación del hotel está muy bien, moderna y limpia. El hotel carece de servicios complementarios. Trate de reservar en un restaurante a través del hotel y fue imposible. Lo mismo para ir a jugar al golf. Si te consiguen las excursiones típicas de la ciudad, pero más caras que en la calle.

Disappointing

Bad choice over all. Can’t fault the staff - friendly helpful, over attentive but language barrier was a massive issue. Breakfast was soso, very basic hot food was cold, fresh squeezed juices warm. Room could have been cleaner, lots of dust and hair etc along walls behind bathroom door and below blinds. No help available for tourists, no brochures or info available. Hotel presents well on website but it’s poorly located. Step outside and you’re met with filth, foul smells, beggars and squalor. We booked 3 nights but spent almost 2 full days in our room watching tv counting the hours before we could leave to catch our rescheduled flight, couldn’t wait to get out of there. Bitterly disappointed

Modernes, schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Das Restaurant in der 8. Etage bietet Blick in die City und zum Mandalay Hill. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wer gerne mitten im trubeligen Leben ist und Restaurants und Garküchen in der Nähe haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Wer hingegen eine ruhige Umgebung sucht, sollte nicht hier buchen. In den Zimmern ist es nicht laut und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir würden dorthin fahren.

Excellent room, superb bathroom but on busy road.

We had to wait over an hour in reception for our room to be ready. The room however was wonderful and the bathroom the best we had in Myanmar, really comfortable, modern and clean with loads of space. Beds were especially comfortable. Downside was the location, on a really noisy busy road which was a shame as modern as the hotel is, it would benefit from triple/double glazing. Bit of a trek walking to Mandalay Palace and Hill. The staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable on the surrounding location they had no maps or info to impart.
