Stayed one night only, during a road trip, room is basic, did not have towels, called front desk and they provided, asked foe more pillows as the two available were thin, never receive them. Not many power outlets in the room Breakfast also basic but OK.

Very convoluted check in process. Not well maintained. Hard to enter the area before elevator, they have a weird facial recognition gate next to elevator with very little space. Pillow cases and sheets may be clean but were all stained and give impression of dirt. Strange to have hallway lights off on motion sensor lights (spooky feel) instead of a constant low energy light. Would not stay again unless very cheap, which it was. Did not use pool, so maybe that’s a good reason for the place.

É a terceira vez que vou. Nas duas primeiras a piscina estava uma delícia. Acreditamos que havia aquecimento ao menos para quebrar a água gelada, tanto que quando ficávamos na saida da água, podiamos sentir a água quente enchendo a piscina. Dessa vez mesmo com sol e tempo limpo, a piscina estava impossível de entrar. Parecia desligada e havia muitas folhas, entendo que as folhas foi por causa dos ventos, mas a água parecia que estava com pedras de gelo. Perguntei ao funcionário que fica na piscina se a água não era aquecida, por conta das outras vezes que fui, e ele respondeu que nunca foi. Estão fora do verão não vale a pena, pois mesmo com o sol o dia todo a piscina fica impossível de entrar e é a unica distração do hotel. O restante é show, atendimento, funcionários, tudo muito bom. Só não dou 5 estrelas novamente por causa da piscina que está inviável. Gelada demais. Nem as crianças conseguiram entrar.
