"Our second time at the Bay Leaf on our trip to the Andaman Islands.
We found the BL to be a modern well run hotel and a good central location.
We stayed in two types of rooms we found both to be of a good standard.
Eg: comfortable beds, clean well maintained bathrooms and good AC/Fans.
The rooftop restaurant /Bar is a nice place to eat dinner or enjoy a cocktail overlooking Port Blair, once again we found the level of service excellent.
Probably the best accommodation we have found on this...
"This is a budgeted hotel No ambience no maintanence/upkeep No difference between deluxe and premier rooms except one fridge There were some summer insects in room The breakfast person told us to stir the tea with butter knife Huh ?? We stayed for 2 nights Our purpose was served but just accomodated ourselves Cant relax !the only pluspoint its in the middle of market and Restaurant Anju coco having good food is next to it"
"Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Anlage sehr gut gestaltet. Internationale Küche. Sonderwünsche beim Frühstück stets erfüllt. Lobby sehr großzügig mit täglicher Abendunterhaltung.Hotel erfüllt internationale Standards.
Diezimmer sind groß, sehr modern und sauber."
"It was a very good hotel and around 3kms from hotel however the area is slightly away from Corbyn's Cove but near to cellular jail. The stay at hotel was comfortable and I even got an upgraded room. The room had extremely clean toilet so much so that I felt it was a brand new commode. The bed was very comfortable and was of any good 4 star hotel. The internet in whole of Andaman is very slow and so was in this hotel and that's nothing to do with the hotel rather the infrastructure in the...
"We stayed there for one night but there was loud music going on on their terrace which they did not slow down the music even after I complained. The music went on till 11pm , I complained twice after that they stopped.

"Während meines Aufenthaltes wurden Renovierungsarbeiten ausgeführt mit täglichem Baulärm und üblen Gerüchen. Das Frühstück war genuin indisch, Omlett bekam ich am letzten Tag nach meiner Beschwerde. Die Restaurantpreise sind stark überteuert !
Die Abendunterhaltung beschränkte sich auf Gesang , vorgettragen von Laien und richtete sich ausschließlich an indische Gäste.Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber durch Spalte drangen Moskitos ein. Kein Moskitonetz vorhanden."
