"The staff went above and beyond with service here. They were so thoughtful and helpful. The hotel is bustling and lively and clean in the common areas, which we liked. It’s also very to get transportation. The area around Hollywood Boulevard is a little grungy and sketchy, but that is not the hotel’s fault. It’s conveniently located for anyone wanting to see the tourist spots on Hollywood Boulevard."

"This is a grand and beautiful hotel. Our room was spacious and well lit from the floor to ceiling window. The only inconvenient thing is the check in lobby is on the 70th floor, and you have to go up to the lobby anytime you want to go to the pool on the 7th floor, the restaurants, or out of the hotel. The view from the lobby is pretty amazing though. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights and we were so happy we picked to stay at hyatt place LAX. It was so clean! The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating! The breakfast buffet was simple yet delicious - and the staff therr were amazing. The only thing that threw us for a loop was the 30 minute check in parking. It took us about 3 loop arounds to figure out that we had to go in to the parkade and park in the check in parking stalls there, but I was afraid we were going to have to pay but got that sorted out with the hotel staff. Other than that, it was lovely! We will definitely be back for another stay when we return to LA!"

"The staff is top-notch and clearly committed to creating a welcoming experience. The hotel pool is beautiful and not to be missed. I also loved learning about the history of this unique property. I didn't use the minibar, but it was very nicely stocked, which chargers and adapters etc available to purchase as well. I used room service and the 25 Degree bar and both were great! The only issue I experienced was that there seemed to be an issue with the room phone, (or maybe with the user!) but it was not a problem to call the front desk on my cell phone and they were happy to help. I hope to return again! "
