"Excellent location, walkable to all tourists spots and subway connections. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Rooms are very spacious for NY standards. We were here during a heat wave and hotel was providing complimentary water to guests at lobby. For a family of four we loved that the beds are queen size not your smaller double size. One issue was that one of two elevators was down, sometimes the wait time was a bit. Will definitely come back again. "

This trip there seemed to be constant issues with the elevators - I saw repairment working on them at least one day of my trip, and my last morning, there was a long wait when it appeared that all 3 elevators were down, or at least not responding to the buttons.
