"Excellent location, walkable to all tourists spots and subway connections. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Rooms are very spacious for NY standards. We were here during a heat wave and hotel was providing complimentary water to guests at lobby. For a family of four we loved that the beds are queen size not your smaller double size. One issue was that one of two elevators was down, sometimes the wait time was a bit. Will definitely come back again. "

"The staff were cery nice, the rooms were clean, and the views were great. There wasn't a fridge or microwave in the room, so that was a little disappointing. Also, there was only one ice machine for the whole building, and it absolute could not keep up with demand. Great location ,though, as access to the 1 subway is a block away, and central park is so close! I would probably stay again (especially if they put a fridge and microwave in each room)! I would have loved to, but we never did eat at...

"Very clean and very nice hotel needed a little update on the bathroom no ventilation very steamy and the door was buckled up and it would get very wet the walls and the mirrors over all nice rooms "
