"We checkin at the hotel around 3pm and stayed for 3nights, there's no towels and hand towel provided in the room when we arrived. I called and reception told they were run out and will provide soon after. We explore MOA and come back at night 10:30pm and still no towels to be used for shower and need to call the reception for towels and have to wait for 15 minutes. They dont provide face clothes and their towels and hand towel were old and worn out with loose threads.The next day, housekeeping make up our room and remove all towels and hand towels without replacing and need to call again for replacement. The wifi is very slow and hard to connect.
On the positive side, location is good and walkable to mall of asia. Breakfast is ok and has variation everyday. Cleanliness is ok. Staff is helpful and accommodating."
