"liked the view coolness convenience to tram station basic amenities friendly staff didn't like the noises of people talking loudly till 11 and cigarette smoke despite rooms with no smoking signs limited tea and kaffee supplies. No toilet rolls for 2 nights. Had to ask at reception to get the papers. No air-conditioning in rooms. Hotel writeup is incorrect. Misleading information. Overall, pleasant stay.
