"It was a very nice property, will stay again. Only thing I would change is the pillows, they could be a little firmer and I didn’t travel with my steamer, I had to ask the front desk for an iron. I like when irons are already in the room. The parking was very limited in the self parking area. Overall hotel is well maintained and in a great location"

But the other staff(sorry did not get her name) was very helpful and accommodating. Parking was a challenge, parking lot was small and lucky if you find a spot."

"I'm a senior and have never been in a large hotel like the Sheridan. When I walked in and was wondering what to do, a young staff member asked if he could help me. I told him why I was there and he asked if I was registered. I said yes, so to the computer we went. He asked for my driver's license for identification purposes, had me sign a document and gave me the keys to my room. He gave me exact directions on how to get to the room. "We stayed here for the waterpark. The kids really enjoyed the waterslide and pirate ship area. The pool area was nice. The room needed some serious TLC .. there was paint chipping and screw holes in the walls they never covered up. The bathroom was disgusting. All the caulk around the shower was black. The room was so dark. We had every light on and still couldn’t see. The layout of the room was nice and spacious, it has potential if they’d put a little work into cleaning it up."
