We felt safe and supported by staff with finding restaurants, taxis and information we needed for enjoying the area. The hotel was very pretty with lovely palms of every kind all around. "Relaxing and lovely grounds in safe and secure setting. Though I travelled alone, I have every intention to return with my family. The staff work hard to give the guests an excellent stay. I appreciated the cleanliness and efficiency. Overall, highly recommend."

"There was a huge breakdown in communication. There is only one way to get to this resort and that is over the beach at low tide. Whilst they provided me with low tide information, they didn't tell me it was the only way to get to the hotel. Had I known this in advance (while booking!), I would not have chosen this hotel. There is no way I would drive over the beach with a rental small car that is not a 4-wheel drive SUV."
