"This place what absolutely amazing, one of the good surprises you appreciate. First of all the infrastructure, the gardens, the pool, they are all very beautiful and well maintened. Then the staff is extremely professional, welcoming and polite. The room is very clean and has all that’s needed. Maybe it feels a little in contrast with the exterior that is all very modern and recent, the interior is a bit less “impressive” but still very enjoyable. Finally, the breakfast was an à la carte meal....

We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. Tours booked via the hotel were excellent and we appreciated the recourse when one of our tours did not work out. Really loved the upper sunset deck. Restaurant was decent. They had great things to say then, and we have amazing things to say now! The resort was clean and had the most gorgeous views. "We enjoyed this hotel very much. Our room was very clean, beds comfortable and upgraded washroom. It had the best water pressure in all of Costa Rica in our experience from similar hotels.
