"The room was spacious and clean … all the staff were friendly and helpful !!! My wife and I stayed here our last three nights and it was our favorite property by far. If we ever come back to Manzanillo again we will defiantly stay again at this property!!! "

"The cleaning lady was nice. The property pictured in the ads has nothing to do with the crude reality. We expect it a newer construction nicely kept but we found a decrepit old building, the tiles in the common areas uneven, the pool edges have never been brushed. The sea view from the second bedroom was obstructed with construction next door, the glass on the “balcony” was filthy…it’s a shame that you do business with such a horrible place."

"To be honest this hotel is very expensive and poor quality the bathroom the water in the toilet didn’t flush also the shower the water was the drain was clogged the door and window was very old bad service to be honest "
