"The hotel is beautiful and the location is amazing, but the communication with the hotel staff was very poorly managed. At check in they didn’t informed us about anything (including amenities, breakfast, etc) and said the only communication tool was through WhatsApp but they didn’t replied in the first 12 hours, and then because we didn’t replied rapidly they didn’t clean our room the next day. Thad was disappointing for an expensive hotel like this."

"So upon arrival to Nuestra Casa I was very displeased. The pool was visibly dirty as well as the kitchen area. I spoke with a manager at their sister hotel Casa Oro and they were very accommodating and switched my room. My stay at Ana Lucia was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"Casa Happy Life is a good hostel with very helpful and pleasant owners. The main thing that lets it down compared with other similar hostels is that it only has one toilet/shower for three rooms with upto 10 people. At many times on our first day, the bathroom was always occupied. We did have two power cuts and ran out of gas too during our two night stay so not great in that respect either. "
