"The hotel itself was great, and the staff was wonderful. However, the parking lot appeared to have a large number of homeless individuals staying there, which made the experience less comfortable. We also received a parking ticket on our last night, despite providing our license plate number to the front desk upon check-in. We were told the ticket should be cleared, but it was unclear why it was issued in the first place."

"The room was decent. They did some upgrades to make it look nicer. The check in guy the day we came was nice but the guy we called to get a shuttle back from the airport was extremely rude and unhelpful and hung up on us. They do NOT have a hot tub or pool. Pictures showed a hot tub there isn’t one. Cops were there when we arrived as well as someone sleeping outside across on the lawn so probably not a safe place to be a single woman or bring kids to."
