"The room was very nice and clean. Our AC units didnt work but we didnt mind much, we had a cute little kitchette with a dishwater, small sink, microwave, and a fridge and freezer. Honestly would stay here again. There was remodeling going on at the time of our stay but we didnt mind one bit. The staff was helpful and nice. Parking was convenient and there was plenty of spaces. We didnt have breakfast but they did offer. We loved our stay and hope to be back next year."

"Our room was so filthy that my grandson’s hands turned black from crawling on the floor for only a couple of hours, there was pubic hair around the toilet in the bathtub, other peoples food on the floor under the couch in the couch, poop behind the toilet paper dispenser on the wall, pills under the nightstand, food exploded all over the microwave, and also the oven. I immediately spoke with the owner of the hotel and he told me that we’ll have to wait until the next day when the cleaning ladies arrive to receive any kind of help. He also told us he was going to compensate us and he never did. We ended up having to leave a week early from the hotel and we didn’t get any of our money back. I have several photos of how nasty this hotel was. I definitely do not recommend wasting your money on this place."

"Looks newly renovated, decorated and furnished. Contemporary decor and fixtures. Comfortable rooms..Cool indoor pool inside of an atrium... Convenient location for Mayo Clinic....Nearby restaurants. FREE PARKING.. Decent free breakfast. All in all great bang for your buck.. Would stay again for sure. Nothing bad to say.. Wonderful stay."

"The breakfast at this hotel was so delicious with oatmeal, waffles, fresh bagels and a varoety of toppings. They also have eggs, sausage and potatoes. This is a beautiful location, quiet and SO CLEAN. The staff were always kind and helpful."
