"Extremely clean and friendly staff…you are next to the airport so you will hear planes coming and going all the time…don’t stay on the 5th floor you hear the restaurant above you including scraping of chairs… restaurant has great food but does come with a price tag…breakfast is a bit pricey too at $20 a person…cruise shuttle is included with a price and only if you have a large group going and since it was my husband and I they would shuttle us for $75"

"AC good. We got in early and they charged us $50 for early check in. They told us we could probably get in room in a couple hours, but we were really exhausted. We went back down after checking our room and a lady complaining about cost got a room without up charge. I guess it doesn’t pay to be cordial and polite! Breakfast ok."
