"It's mid-March, so didn't need it. Arthur was polite and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The location was fine, there were bikes and scooters avaliable for rent to do more extensive roaming."

"I booked this place for a family member and he spoke to the person prior to arrival. Once arrived at the location the person stopped answering the phone. This was last Friday 3/20/26 and now today they attempted to remove money from my account which they were declined because I used my Cash App card. This place is a scam and thank God I didn’t use my bank card."

"I tried to bring my service animal to this location. I was told I had to document my service animal which is clearly an ADA violation. I'd recommend never going to this location as a veteran being treated like complete garbage by this location being told to go through a back door that had no key. Having somebody grab me blow smoking my face. Clearly a horrible customer service environment"
