Crisps/chips were left on the floor under the edge of the bed from previous guest. Complained to reception who initially said there was nothing wrong and why were we complaining as the room had a tv. "Sadly this was not good. Can’t understand the wonderful reviews. The carpet in room 121 was absolutely disgusting. Badly stained and even threadbare patch. Certainly not what you would expect on a 4* property and not at 115 euros. Bartender was sitting at a table talking, when asked for service he said he would be along but continued to leave us waiting. The restaurant had a limited menu also so after the fiasco with drinks we walked into town-lots of choice of restaurants and bars. The state...
