"This spot was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Marco Polo units. Super clean. It has a great covered patio area with 2 lounge chairs and a patio table with chairs. Curtains drop around the patio area for privacy. 2 pools with lots of umbrellas and sunbathing chairs. "This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...
