Exceptionally clean. Great rooftop, great walkable location. The owner helped us to organize a driver for Dara or a tour if you needed. They appear to be doing even more upgrades as time goes.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Leyli Divan Konağı with our family of five. The hotel is new, clean, and cozy. Our favorite feature was the easy access to the rooftop, which has a self-service kitchen and is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the beautiful views of Mardin after sunset. A few helpful notes for future guests: * There is no elevator, so stairs are required to access both the entrance and rooms, a common feature of many hotels in Old Mardin. * Wi-Fi is available, although the signal can be weak. * The hotel does not have dedicated parking, but free street parking may be available depending on the day and time, while paid parking is about a 5–10-minute walk away.

Otel tertemizdi, çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi, tek sorun çarşı içinde olduğu için gürültüye maruz kalıyorsunuz ancak tüm gün gezip akşam otele gelecek bir planınız varsa sorun yaşamazsınız geceleri sakinleşiyor çarşı. Tekrar gelince yine aynı oteli tercih edeceğim. Herkese iyi tatiller.

Eşim ile 1 gün konakladık çok memnun kaldık odalar bakımlı,personel ilgili akşam vakti teras da sınırsız çay ücretsiz manzaraya karşı içmek efsane iyi geldi. Yolum düşer ise tekrar dan gidebileceğim yer fiyatı gayet uygun böyle bir otel için.

Otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Her konuda çok yardımcı oldular ama tuvalet temizliği konusunda biraz daha iyi olmalarını beklerdim. Çalışan abla hem mutfağa hem temizliğe yetişmeye çalışıyordu çok tatlı birisiydi. Ona yardımcı olacak birilerini alırlarsa her şey daha güzel olur diye düşünüyorum.

Otel konum olarak merkezi yerdeydi ve ulaşımı kolaydı. Odalar temizdi memnun kaldık fakat birkaç kez sigorta attı ve mağdur kaldık. Çözüme kavuşturuldu ama sürekliliği hoşumuza gitmedi. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi karnımızı doyurduk çalışanlar ilgiliydi.

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Man muss zum Eingang allerdings einige Treppenstufen überwinden. Für gehbehinderte Personen nicht unbedingt geeignet. Das Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit und extrem freundlich. Die Koffer wurden hoch- und bei der Abreise wieder heruntergetragen. Es gab kostenlos Kaffee und Tee auf der tollen Dachterrasse. Sollte man kein Türkisch oder Kurdisch sprechen, ist wird der Googleübersetzer dein treuer Freund. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer mit Balkon. Für uns sehr wichtig. Der Straßenlärm (geht bis ca. 00:00 Uhr) hat uns nicht gestört, da wir einen gesunden Schlaf haben. Zur Dusche sei gesagt, dass der Wasserdruck nachlässt, je heißer man duschen will. Das Bett war übrigens sehr bequem, Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher. Die Internetverbindung ist nicht überragend, aber akzeptabel.

Otel merkezi bir konumda çarşı vb ortamlar için çok uygun. Otel yeni, odalar çok temiz kullanışlı ve otel personeli çok yardımcı oldu. Ana caddeye yakın olduğu için çok merdiven çıkmak zorunda kalmıyorsunuz. Ben memnun kaldım, tekrar kalsam yine kalırdım.

Se encuentra muy bien ubicado en el Viejo Mardin, cercano a toda las atracciones.Limpio y seguro, cama acogedora, agua caliente, espectacular vista de terraza hacia la Mesopotamia. El personal junto a su dueño Omar muy atentos y preocupados.
