"The apartment was cozy, had everything we needed, in a great location and very nice. The staff was incredible and incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. They even provided laundry services, and help with various things. "

"Very low water pressure in the shower and no hot water except sometimes intermittently with cold water. The venue is at best 2.5 stars. Staff are very hospitable and caring but unfortunately some don’t speak English well enough and communication is lost in translation. The breakfast is poor and no point in saying it is included with the room. The WiFi doesn’t work. The food is Ok. The menu is very limited and best you dine somewhere else. The room is nice and clean."
